This Privacy Policy explains how the Jenzen family and PAJET Pty Ltd ("we", "us") collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with the Jenzen Group website (jenzengroup.com.au).
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name (first and last)
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Anything you write in the notes field
- The URL you submitted from and any UTM parameters from advertising campaigns
We also collect automatically, via Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and Cloudflare:
- IP address, anonymised by Google Analytics 4
- Browser type, device, operating system
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring website
3. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Respond to your enquiry and provide information about Jenzen Group and its projects
- Follow up with you by email or phone
- Improve our website and marketing
- Comply with our legal obligations
4. Who we share with
Your enquiry information is shared with:
- Cluse & Co Pty Ltd, for marketing support and website operation
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and data storage), Google (analytics and Google Sheets), Meta (advertising), Resend (email delivery)
Your enquiry is stored in our database and copied to a private Google Sheet that only our team can open. A record of the enquiry is also sent from our server to Google Analytics 4 and to Meta, so we can measure which advertising brought you to us. That record is matched using a one-way encrypted form of your email address and phone number, never the values themselves.
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, being Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and improve advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect how the site works.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. We store data with reputable cloud providers, Cloudflare and Google.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
