One of our current projects, on Churchill Road at Prospect in Adelaide's inner north. The model is in the name. We develop the site, then we sell it.
The Ellson Hotel, Kingscote
A current syndicate, so we hold it alongside other investors rather than alone. Hospitality and accommodation on Kangaroo Island, under its own name and its own management.

Opal Packaging Plus, Edinburgh
The developer model, run end to end. We sourced the land at Edinburgh, spec built, appointed the builder, and the finished warehouse went to a CBRE lease to Opal.
Noble Metal Processing, Edinburgh Parks
A take out, syndicated, now exited. An industrial building at Edinburgh Parks, held with other investors and then sold. Buying is half the job. Selling is the other half.
